Of all the actresses who play Jerry’s love interest—66 to be exact—Julia Louis-Dreyfus is arguably the most successful. No other actresses in the business can claim more Emmys and SAGs than she. Behold, that’s nine SAGs and eleven Primetime Emmys.

We know Louis-Dreyfus from her “SNL” days and as a voice in many popular animated films. In “The Deal,” an episode from the second season, Jerry and Elaine match up in a “friends with benefits” scenario. Interestingly, it was the first time in TV history that the arrangement was depicted.

Seinfeld was a minor gig for Amanda Peet. At twenty-five, and drop-dead gorgeous, she portrayed Linette, another of Jerry’s failed dates. Now, she’s a successful actress with a net worth of $60 million and married to screenwriter and television producer David Benioff (“Game of Thrones”).

She’s one of the few date characters who landed more than one episode. In the second season, Beth dates Jerry while Elaine dates her ex-husband. It gets awkward when George feels responsible for the breakup of the couple’s marriage and tries to get his friends’ dates back together.

Alexandra Wentworth is best known for “In Living Color” and other comedic performances. Notably, she’s married to ABC anchor George Stephanopoulos. She appeared on what is arguably the best Seinfeld episode ever, “The Soup Nazi.” Sheila, as Jerry’s girlfriend, is thrown a huge blow when she stands up to the terrifying soup peddler, only to have Jerry abandon her for continued access to the coveted soup kitchen.

Kissing is forbidden in the Soup Nazi’s line. He runs a zero-tolerance establishment. When Elaine tries to sweet-talk him with compliments, he screams, “Nothing for you! Come back, one year!”

Janeane Garofalo joined Seinfeld as Jerry’s girlfriend (and fiancé!) until Jerry realizes she’s exactly like himself. Everything seemed so perfect. Jeannie says, “We’ve got tremendous kiss compatibility.” Jerry concurs, “It’s all about meshing.” She says, “I talk to you; it’s like I’m talking to myself.”

Then Jerry realizes he hates himself. We know her best on “SNL.” She’s been a vocal anti-war activist along with other prominent artists. Most recently, she’s in “The God Committee” with Kelsey Grammer and Julia Stiles.

Independent film actress Catherine Keener was Jerry’s girlfriend, Nina, on “The Letter” episode. She played a quirky artist who painted a massive portrait of Kramer. Keener has distinguished her career by earning two Oscar nominations for “Being John Malkovich” and for “Capote.”

In the “Seinfeld” episode, Nina pens a letter to Jerry, which inspires him to give her a call. She writes, “You mean so much to me that I’m willing to take all your abuse and insults and insensitivity.” Jerry’s sold. Keener’s latest work was in the successful horror flick, “Get Out.”

Renee Props visits “Seinfeld” for “The Race.” In this episode, she is Lois. Seinfeld is wild about her because her name, Lois, reminds him of Lois Lane, which would make him Superman. He thinks his high school track record, winning by a long shot as a freshman, proves his super-powers.

Of course, when she discovers he cheated with a head start, he loses the girl by the end of the episode, as usual. Renee Props has been an actress since her crucial role on CBS’s daytime soap opera, “As the World Turns.” She’s also guest-starred on several TV shows and films.

Melinda Clarke played Jerry’s girlfriend Alex before she took the world by storm, starring on “The OC.” As Alex, she guest-starred on the “The Muffin Tops” episode. It’s mostly about Elaine’s fixation for muffin tops and the subsequent marketing adventure of a just-the-tops bakery shop. Meanwhile, Jerry’s fixated about chest hair.

Specifically, his new girlfriend thinks he’s naturally hairless. But actually, a shaving mishap resulted in his having to shave his chest completely. He doesn’t want to tell her. These days, Clarke has been taking a break from acting. She last appeared on “Gotham” in 2016.

A “Seinfeld” appearance could launch a career. This is undoubtedly the case with Kristin Davis. A year after she played Seinfeld’s “toothbrush in the toilet bowl” girlfriend, she landed Charlotte on “Sex and the City,” receiving two SAGs and several Emmy nominations.

As Jenna, Davis was privileged to be invited back for another episode. Last year, she told the “Today” that Jerry enjoyed “scaring the guest stars to death.” She said she was very nervous about appearing on “Seinfeld.” In the day, it was an ‘It phenom’ attracting everyone who was anyone. Lately, she’s been scaling back, chillin’ it with a $60 million net worth.

Marlee Matlin was a very special guest when she joined the show for the “The Lip Reader” episode. The deaf actress is celebrated widely for her Oscar-winning role in “Children of a Lesser God” and her support of deaf rights. As in the film, Matlin plays a deaf woman.

Jane Leeves is the winner for most “Seinfeld” episodes as Jerry’s girlfriend. She appears as Marla four times. She was introduced in “The Virgin” episode in 1992 and appeared on the show last in 1998. Leeves is also known for her performance of Daphne Moon in the “Cheers” spin-off of “Frasier,” which was another successful NBC sitcom.

She played Daphne in all eleven seasons and was recognized with both a Golden Globe and Emmy nomination. Catching up with her today, Leeves stars on the Fox television drama series “The Resident.”

Here’s an actress who is best known for her “Seinfeld” appearance. The episode played during the show’s ninth and final season and was called “The Apology,” but everyone just refers to it as the one with “Jerry’s naked girlfriend.”

Melissa is overly comfortable lounging around his apartment naked. Jerry, who is put off by it at first, sees the value in that sort of confidence, so he tries it himself. His nakedness revolts melissa, says she does not like male nudity, and there went another relationship down the tubes.

Anna Gunn didn’t hit the big-time until landing “Breaking Bad.” We love her as Skylar White, a role for which she won the 2013 and 2014 Primetime Emmy for best supporting actress. On “Seinfeld,” she’s featured in “The Glasses.” She’s accused of cheating on Jerry by George, naturally, who says he saw her kissing another man.

He should’ve been wearing his glasses because he was wrong, wrong, wrong. Jerry and George spend the bulk of the episode trying to trick her into confessing. When he gets his glasses back, the truth comes out. He saw a policewoman kissing her horse.

Another pretty actress who plays opposite Jerry is Dylan Tays. She landed several film roles since then. In this episode from season 7, Jerry is insanely jealous, yet drawn to Nikki. The tall blonde woman can seemingly get whatever she wants because she’s so attractive. Jerry says she’s like a “Beautiful Godzilla.”

He loves it when she gets him out of a speeding ticket, for instance, but George is horrified by the unfairness of it all. “Beautiful women, they get away with murder,” George rage-exclaims, “Nobody can stop them!”

This girlfriend of the week is someone we all know, and we’re reasonably confident that Courteney Cox’ $120 million net worth did not come from playing Meryl on “Seinfeld.” The episode is called “The Wife” because Meryl discovers that married couples receive a 25% discount at the dry cleaners, and so she talks Jerry into faking being married.

As they are getting more and more into their roles, Jerry finds that saying “my wife” is very appealing. Soon they’re bickering just like married people. All that ends when he blows it again by taking another woman’s laundry to the cleaners.

“Full House” star Lori Loughlin joined “Seinfeld” in 1997 for the “Serenity Now” episode. Anger issues are front and center in this program, opening with George and his parents screaming at each other in the car. Soon, everyone’s venting and belting out, “Serenity now!” Patty tries to get Jerry to express his anger. He does.

But, ironically, she becomes the target of his rage, and she dumps him. Now he has to wait until next week to get another chance with another beautiful woman.

Teri Hatcher’s career was launched after appearing on “Seinfeld.” She landed on the prosperous shores of “Desperate Housewives” and now boasts a $50 million net worth. “The Implant” episode was all about her, and, of course, Jerry’s compulsive speculating about whether or not they’re real.

She tells him it’s none of people’s business to know these things. He presses on, neurotic as usual. Angered, she tells him his obsession is a mental illness. “They’re real, and they’re spectacular,” she says as she walks out the door.

Ellen was the girlfriend who Jerry’s parents loved. Their adoration drove him away. It makes sense, eventually. Actor Christine Taylor told Today she felt like “I, sort of on paper, seemed like the perfect girl,” but then Jerry began suspecting that she was strange because he is always slightly paranoid that way.

Taylor was married to Ben Stiller for 17 years. Coincidentally, George’s father was played by Stiller’s dad, Jerry Stiller. She starred in “The Wedding Singer” and “Zoolander.” Recently she was also a part of the comedy film “Friendsgiving”.

Jami Gertz appears in the famous “spare a square” “Seinfeld” moment. Elaine’s iconic line, “Can you spare a square” was answered by Gertz playing Jane. She said, “No, I don’t have a square to spare!” Next, the meltdown, freaking out in their perspective stalls.

Elaine gets revenge, leaving Jane without a square of toilet paper. She takes it out on Jerry. “Don’t call me anymore,” Jane barks, and out the door, she goes. Gertz hasn’t acted much lately, but she’s worth $2 billion. She and her private equity tycoon hubby Tony Ressler’s assets include the NBA’s Atlanta Hawks.

Brenda Strong brings Sue Ellen, AKA “the bra-less wonder,” to two episodes of “Seinfeld.” Elaine loathes the woman because she won’t wear a bra. The hatred goes back to when the two were in school. The conflict in “The Caddy” episode occurs after Elaine gives Sue Ellen, heiress to the wealthy candy bar family, a bra as a gift. She wears it as a top.

Kramer crashes Costanza’s car when he spots her. Elaine and Sue Ellen attempt reconciliation after Sue Ellen invites her to her wedding in “The Betrayal.” Things go south when Sue Ellen finds out Elaine dated her fiancé.

In “The Millennium,” we meet Valerie. The “Gilmore Girls” star, Lauren Graham, is Jerry’s latest girlfriend. This time the stand-up comedian obsesses about his placement on Valerie’s speed dial list. He’s ranked at No. 7, but that’s not good enough.

Unfortunately, he gets knocked down to No. 9. Working his way back up to No. 1, all is well until Valerie’s stepmother gets miffed for losing the No. 1 spot and proceeds to take action. It goes on, spiraling into a speed dial list plot twist. Graham’s latest endeavors include “Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist” on NBC.

“The Bizarro Jerry” episode is as close to “The Twilight Zone” as “Seinfeld” gets. Kristin Bauer van Straten is Gillian, the girlfriend with “manly hands.” She’s perfect, except for that. She wasn’t featured prominently in this episode with the presentation of four different Bizarro-themed stories going on.

Jerry dumps Gillian because of her hands, of course. Van Straten has appeared on several TV shows. She played a vampire on HBO’s “True Blood” for six years, until 2014. Her latest work spanned from 2011 to 2015, as “Maleficent,” the wicked fairy godmother, on ABC’s “Once Upon a Time.”

In this episode, Jerry is preoccupied with becoming a member of the New York Friars’ Club. Samantha Smith is George’s fiancé’s best friend Hallie, with whom Jerry agrees to go out on a double date. She’s in two scenes depicting two double dates.

Jerry shows little interest. Smith has appeared on many television shows, but “Seinfeld” was her first acting gig in 1996. Her first film was “Jerry Maguire.” Today, she’s most recognized as “Supernatural”’s Mary Winchester.

Lynn Clark has appeared on many TV programs, most notably “Seinfeld,” in which she has the distinct glory of being Jerry’s very first girlfriend. Her character Vanessa appeared in two episodes. She was invited back because, according to co-creator and writer Larry David, the first episode lacked the requisite break up by the end of the show.

Jerry and Vanessa meet in “The Stake Out,” which was based on David’s real-life dating experience. In “The Stock Tip,” Vanessa is Jerry’s official girlfriend, ergo, the breakup. Vanesa leaves Jerry.

Lisa Ambuehl got her start in showbiz as a model. She guest-starred on “Seinfeld” as Jerry’s girlfriend, Sophie, in the ninth and final season. The excitement of the episode swirls around what she calls “the tractor story.” Jerry and George’s wild curiosity about her being involved in some kind of tractor incident dominates the entire episode.

When he finally hears the actual story, he walks right out the door and leaves her. Ambuehl worked as an actor and producer on JAG but is most recently a high-profile real estate agent to the rich and famous.

“Legally Blonde” bombshell Jennifer Coolidge hit it big as Jeanine Stiffler in “American Pie.” The actress kicked off her respectable film career with an appearance on “Seinfeld.” She played Jodi, the masseuse, in the episode of the same title. In this episode, Jodi is dating Jerry but will not offer him a massage.

Of course, he fixates on this apparent slight like a pit bull’s bite. When he finds out Kramer enjoyed a massage, he freaks out and destroys yet another relationship. Coolidge’s acting career has cooled off a bit. Her last gig was a 2018 Ariana Grande music video.

In 1984, Helen Slater was Supergirl. To this day, DC comics fans revere the actress, and she’s developed quite a cult following. Besides “Seinfeld,” she has appeared on many television shows, including “Supernatural.” In “The Good Samaritan” episode, Jerry falls in love with her.

As a Superman fanatic, his attraction to her is no surprise. She meets Jerry after literally running into the rear end of his car. He can’t believe how beautiful she is, but he obsesses over the accident and whether or not a bad driver can be forgiven.

Paula Marshall is another actress who has had a fruitful run through the comic-con circuit. She guest-starred as a secret villainous werewolf on “Superboy” and had a starring role in “W.E.I.R.D.,” the sci-fi cult classic. On “Seinfeld,” Marshall plays Jerry’s love interest.

However, the young NYU reporter starts to think Jerry and George are lovers when she’s interviewing Jerry at his apartment, and Costanza is hanging out there. Meanwhile, the two men fill the better part of the episode preoccupied with not-appearing homophobic, giving birth to the classic “Seinfeld” line, “Not that there’s anything wrong with that.”

Jerry really liked Tia because the Calvin Klein supermodel character appeared on three episodes during season 4. Jennifer Campbell, a model in real life, is best known for “The Airport” episode. She is the girl sitting next to Jerry in first-class while Elaine is stuck in coach.

She also appeared in “The Pick” and “The Pilot, Part 2.” Campbell appeared in other programs such as “Baywatch” and “Frasier.” In “The Pick,” Tia dumps Jerry for picking his nose. He claims he was just scratching, but then spirals into a tirade about the injustice of being ostracized for nose-picking.

Melanie Smith was another actress blessed with guest-starring in three episodes of “Seinfeld.” During the fifth season, Smith played Rachel in “The Opposite,” “The Hamptons,” and “The Raincoats.” Rachel is Jerry’s longest-running girlfriend. She dumps him in “The Raincoats” because her father doesn’t approve of Jerry.

The privilege of being Jerry’s longest-running girlfriend did not translate into a stellar acting career as it did for his other girlfriends, but she did land Tora Ziyall in “Star Trek: Deep Space Nine.” By now, she’s left the Hollywood lifestyle behind.

In “The Conversion,” Kimberly Campbell plays Jerry’s latest girlfriend. The central problem surrounding Tawni arises when Jerry snoops through her medicine cabinet and finds a tube of fungicide. He is grossed out. After worrying about what it is for the entire episode, stealing it to have it analyzed, he learns it is for her cat.

The role served as Campbell’s break-out performance, landing gigs like “Beverly Hills, 90210.” Campbell’s last performance appeared in “Memento” (2000), Jonathan Nolan’s fascinating thriller exploring the complexities of memory in human psychology.

Native American activist and actress Kimberly Guerrero is known for playing Jerry Seinfeld’s Native American girlfriend on the sitcom. As Winona, she reveals more of Jerry’s secret bigotry. “The Cigar Store Indian” episode gets offensive when he buys a giant wooden statue of a stereotypical Indian as a racially insensitive gift for Elaine, right in front of Winona.

After Elaine tells Jerry that Winona is Native American, he tries to apologize. Meanwhile, he offends a Chinese man on the way to dinner. He is “caught” when he carelessly calls Winona an “Indian giver.” Dumped again.

George breaks up with Marlene because she annoys him. Jerry ends up dating her in a scheme to get George’s stuff back from her apartment, and they start a relationship. Marlene, played by Tracy Kolis, ends up leaving Jerry because she did not find his stand-up act funny.

At the same time, Jerry finds she is just as annoying as George claimed. Kolis is the only actress to play in two seasons as an entirely different character. In “The Soup,” she played a waitress named Kelly. Kolis has appeared on TV shows “Empty Nest,” “Mad About You,” and “Coach,” to name a few.

Jerry gets fixated on a variety of peculiar subjects; this one takes the cake. It’s his girlfriend Claire’s belly button, which he animates with a strange-sounding voice impersonation. Sarah Peterson is the lucky actress who gets to portray Claire, who is super turned off by the voice.

She gives him the ultimatum: it’s either her or the voice. Predictably, he chooses the voice. He tries the rest of the episode to get her back. Peterson had many television parts in the ’90s, but these days she is a stage actress.

Marguerite MacIntyre broke into television with her performance on “Seinfeld.” After parts in a long list of television shows, she starred in The Vampire Dairies for all six seasons. This led to her becoming a writer for spin-off shows, “The Originals” and “Legacies.” On “The Chaperone” episode, she played a Miss Rhode Island contestant who Jerry was fond of.

Their relationship fell through after he accidentally killed the two pet doves that she used in her act as a pageant girl contestant. It gets funny when Kramer fills in as her chaperone.

Justine Miceli got her start in television with “Law & Order” and the daytime soap opera “As the World Turns” in 1992. In 1997, she played Jerry’s girlfriend, Nina, in “The Betrayal” from the ninth season. George wanted Nina as a girlfriend and asked Jerry to help get them together.

Instead, Jerry started dating Nina, adding to this episode’s theme of betrayal. The ultimate betrayal occurs at Sue Ellen’s wedding in India when George screams out during the ceremony that Elaine had slept with the groom. The bride leaves him at the altar.

It was “Nightmare on Elm Street” (1984) that launched Kim Myers’ acting career. She played the role of Lisa Webber in “Elm Street Part 2,” Freddy’s Revenge as well. She joined the “Seinfeld” crew as Jerry’s girlfriend, Pam, for “The Soul Mate.” In this season 8 episode, Kramer is interested in Jerry’s girlfriend.

He’s not just interested, and he is smitten, falling head over heels in love when he meets her at the apartment as she and Jerry leave on a date. Kramer tracks her down at the bookstore where she works and goes so far as to get a vasectomy after finding out she’s not interested in having kids.

Maggie Han delivered a memorable role as a lawyer who dates both George and Jerry. She played Cheryl in “The Visa.” Her character supplied more than one hilarious scenario. As soon as Elaine finds out Cheryl is an attorney, she jumps at the opportunity asking for legal advice since she’s just been sued. As luck would have it, Cheryl is the suing attorney.

A legal entanglement isn’t the only comedic conflict. George desperately wants Cheryl to be interested in him, but she’s more drawn to Jerry. Suffice it to say, and she dumps both of them in the end. Yet another scheming plan has gone awry.

Cindy is Jerry’s maid. The problem is that he wants to date her. Played by Angela Featherstone, it gets dicey when she does chores around the apartment on her off time. Jerry’s neuroses about not wanting to pay her ruins this relationship.

Prior to “Seinfeld,” Featherstone had already appeared on “Friends” and in “The Wedding Singer.” Now, she’s a sitcom screenwriter. Her latest gig was playing “Norma in My Dead Boyfriend” (2016). As an activist for foster children, she recently created the People’s Prosperity Pipeline for transitioning foster youths to adulthood.

In this episode, Jerry finds a date with a woman who is an AIDS walk organizer. Jennifer Guthrie plays Lena. Elaine is busy trying to track down contraceptive sponges. Meanwhile, Kramer gets bullied at the AIDS walk for not wearing an AIDS ribbon. “The Sponge” episode, known for its support of women’s rights, aired in 1995.

Although Jerry is surprised when he finds Lena’s closet is stocked with boxes of sponges. She dumps him when she discovers he lied about his pant size. Post-Seinfeld, Guthrie appeared on “Sex and the City” and “NYPD Blue.”

“The Chinese Woman” episode is about Jerry’s interest in dating a Chinese woman named Donna, played by Angela Dohrmann. She introduces herself to Jerry as Donna Chang on the phone, so when they meet, Jerry tries not to be disappointed that she is not Asian.

He only dated her because he thought she was Chinese. She explains that her family shortened their name from “Changstein.” His suspicions swirl. Dohrmann’s career in showbiz is comprised of appearing in several television shows. Currently, she teaches comedy at Dickinson College in Pennsylvania.

Before Jessica Lundy guest-starred on “Seinfeld,” she appeared in “Caddyshack II” and “Vampire’s Kiss.” Post-Seinfeld, she scored roles in a long list of TV episodes. Recently, she was on “The Inspectors,” a series that culminated in 2019. She played Amanda all four seasons. Lundy was one of the lucky ones, making the “Seinfeld” cast for two episodes.

On “The Watch,” she annoys everyone with her laugh, remarkably similar to Chandler’s annoying girlfriend, Janice. In “The Bubble Boy,” she accompanies Jerry to hang out with the gang at George’s girlfriend’s family cabin, only to have Kramer burn it down with his errant cigar.

Marita Geraghty starred on “Groundhog Day” the year before making it to the “Seinfeld” set for the week. She joined the show during the sixth season for “The Big Salad.” George careens full tilt into petty mode after he buys a salad for his date, which gives it to Elaine, who then thanks her for it.

What’s the beef? He is peeved because he didn’t get a thank you, and jealous that his date did instead. Jerry raises the pettiness bar by dumping his girlfriend Margaret after he finds out she dated Newman.

“The Diplomat’s Club” finds George dead set on proving to everyone that he is not racist. The episode’s chock-full of awkward moments. Jerry spends the remainder of the show trying to hook up with Bridgette at the Diplomat’s Club at the airport.

As the episode closes, they finally meet. But now her plane is set to take off. Bridgette, who held the screen for no more than 60 seconds, is played by Danish supermodel Berta Waagfjord. It’s one of the two acting gigs she ever landed, the other being, “Attack of the 50 Foot Woman,” playing “Alien Woman #1.”

This time, Jerry ends up dating Gina, a woman who lived with a suicidal man. His failed attempt leaves him in a coma. When Jerry stops by to visit the man at the hospital, his girlfriend Gina shows interest in Jerry. Jerry, predictably self-absorbed and callous, has no problem hooking up with Gina, and they begin dating.

“The Suicide” episode from the third season brings us, Gina Gallego, playing the character of the same first name. Gallego’s “Seinfeld” role landed her parts in films “Erin Brockovich” (2000) and “Anger Management” (2003). She also appeared on “Grey’s Anatomy” and in 28 episodes of “Days of Our Lives.”

Katya is a silver medal gymnast who dates Jerry. Elina Löwensohn plays Katya in season 6 on “The Gymnast.” It aired in 1994, ten years after her character would score her medal at the 1984 Summer Olympics. The Romanian American actress, in her role as Katya, piques Jerry’s interest because of her physical prowess.

George, on his part, turns our stomachs after pulling an éclair from the trash and eating it. Katya breaks up with Jerry saying she only dated him because she thought comedians were good in bed. Löwensohn’s most recent role was Docteur de Villeneuve in “The Apparition” (2018).

Suzanne Snyder’s an Eighties girl who made her way into showbiz scoring sci-fi classics like “Weird Science” and “Killer Klowns from Outer Space.” By the time she hit “Seinfeld,” however, roles were petering out. Now she’s a yoga instructor at an exclusive private school in L.A. In this episode, Jerry freaks out on Audrey for, quite possibly, his most pathetic reason.

She refuses to take a bite of his apple pie. He just wants her to taste it. She refuses. Snyder first appeared on the show in season 3 as Eva in “The Limo,” two seasons prior to “The Pie.”

Jerry meets Sandra when he calls Elaine’s office. She answers the phone as Elaine’s secretary. They end up dating after a series of events lead to a miffed Sandra melodramatically quitting her job. Lisa Malkiewicz played the part of the overly sensitive girl in the “The Cheever Letters,” which aired in 1992 on season 4.

Two years later, Malkiewicz landed a small role in Tim Burton’s “Ed Wood” and had just finished up with “Mr. Jones.” In 1992, she also starred in “Star Time.” While the “Seinfeld performance provided a jolt to her career, her acting gigs flatlined by 1995.

Actress Tawny Kitaen is another one of the women who got cast as one of Jerry’s girlfriends despite being WAY out of his league. The episode in question is titled “The Nose Job” and was aired in 1991. Isabel’s good looks on one hand and her unbearable personality on the other spark an epic game of chess between Jerry’s brain and his… let’s call it “reproductive parts”. (The brain wins.)

Since her Seinfeld stint, Kitaen was featured in different shows such as “Hercules: The Legendary Journeys” and “The New WKRP” in the 90s but hasn’t participated in many acting projects since. Actually, lots of her on-screen appearances in the 2000s were as herself in reality TV shows such as “Botched”.

Men having a hard time figuring out women’s signals are nothing new, and Jerry can tell you all about it. When he is contacted by Laura (Pamela Brull), who is asking to stay with him during her visit to New York. Some might think she has romantic intentions, Jerry sure thought so, only to find out she was actually engaged and simply being friendly. Oh, the awkward factor… And to think it was in the first episode!

Actress Pamela Brull played Laura way back in 1989. She later kept getting small acting parts, mostly in TV shows and TV movies. That being said, her latest acting credit is from 1997 and she appears to have retired since.

It didn’t take much for Jerry to lose interest in his different partners throughout the show, mostly for the most random reasons. Take Donna for example — all it took to end things between them was for her to like a commercial he hates in “The Phone Message”. Sounds pathetic? Welcome to Jerry’s relationships.

Playing Donna is actress Gretchen German, and while her appearance on Seinfeld was pretty short, she went on to have small roles in shows like “Will & Grace” and “Criminal Minds”. She is currently working on a TV movie called “Bad Therapist”. Sounds promising!

Not many of Jerry Seinfeld’s girlfriends on the show were given last names. If anything, they were an instrument of showing us just how self-absorbed that man was. Sherry Becker, his high school girlfriend, is one exception to that rule. And the only reason she is contacted by Jerry is to settle up an old library debt. Now would be a good time to shake your head.

The episode is aptly named “The Library” and Sherry is played by Cynthia Szigeti. Szigeti went on to have small roles in other hit comedies like “The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air” and “Married… with Children” but hasn’t participated in bigger projects since. Her latest acting credit dates to 2013, three years before she passed away.

In “The Good Samaritan”, Jerry tries to do the right thing for a change and confront a driver who committed a hit and run. The thing is, the driver turns out to be a beautiful woman named Angela and Jerry ends up asking her out instead.

Angela is played by Melinda McGraw, who went on to have various roles, mostly on TV. She has even appeared in “Mad Men”, “The West Wing”, and “NCIS”. Her most recent on-screen appearance was as a recurring role in the TV remake of the series “Charmed”.

Actress Anita Barone plays Gail Cunningham, a woman who has dated Jerry three times, all the while refusing to touch him. Normally, there would be nothing wrong with that, only she kissed Kramer after he walked her home one time in the episode “The Shoes”.

Not many people know this, but Anita was the original casting choice for Carol, Ross’s lesbian wife on “Friends”, but only did it in one episode. Don’t worry about her, though, she got other recurring roles in other TV shows — most recently as Sabrina in “Brew Brothers”.

Okay, so this one is for die-hard fans. Actress Elena Wohl, who appears in “The Pilot” is hired to play an Elaine-inspired character in Jerry’s self-titled show. It is the ultimate frame-in-frame loop that ends up in her convincing herself she and Jerry are actually dating.

While actress Elena Wohl did have recurring TV roles in her pre-Seinfeld days, she hasn’t really had any memorable ones after. Maybe it’s the show, maybe it’s showbiz, and maybe she decided to focus on other things.

Not to be confused with the previous Sandi, this Sandi has a whole different story — when she introduces Jerry to her roommate, Laura, Jerry gets caught up in the idea of trying to switch between the two. He and George come up with an insane plan to accomplish the coveted switch by having Jerry suggest the roommate joins the pair in the bedroom.

Sandi in this gag-worthy storyline is played by Jann Karam, who hasn’t managed to land any big roles since. Her on-screen appearances are few and far apart, and the latest one was in a small road-trip movie in 2016, which leads us to believe she has since been investing her time in non-acting endeavors.

One of the several Lauras decorating Jerry’s love life is initially introduced as the roommate of another love interest — Sandi. When Jerry purposes all three of them have a… let’s call it “adult sleepover” together, he’s surprised to find out they are on board, and that the thought of going through it is making him uncomfortable.

Actress Heather Medway plays Laura in that episode (“The Switch”, 1995). She has only had one memorable role since — Cameron Westlake in the TV series “Viper”, but she quit acting altogether in 1999, two years after having her first child with writer/producer Danny Bilson.

In “The Doodle”, Jerry and his designated girlfriend Shelly go out on a double date with George and his own designated woman. The incredibly random reason for their breakup is him refusing to use her toothbrush upon finding out he’s left his at home, which was being fumigated for fleas.

Dana Wheeler-Nicholson, who plays Shelly, has done a lot since her part on the show. This could be why you’re scratching your head trying to understand where you might know her from. If that helps, her latest big roles are Beverly O’Connor on the musical TV show, “Nashville”, and Angela Collette on “Friday Night Lights”.

Gennice is an up-and-coming actress serving as Bette Midler’s understudy in “Rochelle Rochelle”. As Jerry starts dating her, he notices she is easily driven to tears at the most minor inconveniences (like dropping a hot dog on the floor). Ultimately, it’s too much for Jerry to take, and the two break up.

Gennice is played by Adelaide Miller, and if that name doesn’t ring any bell, don’t worry about it — other than her “Seinfeld” episode, the actress only has five credits to her name, all of which are pretty minor and date from 1990 to 1996. What happened to her after that is still a mystery.

Jerry has broken up with his many girlfriends over the dumbest reasons you can think of. The one that probably takes the cake, however, is Melanie, who he broke up with because of the way she eats her peas (one at a time).

The pea-eating chick is played by the beautiful Athena Massey, who sadly hasn’t landed many bigger roles afterward. She’s contributed her voice to video games and had a small recurring role in the TV series “Black Scorpion”.

In “The Wink”, Jerry goes on a date with Holly, Elaine’s cousin, and soon ends up regretting it. After eating a salad at a steakhouse, Jerry feels like he has to eat more meat around her to prove his manhood to her. She then cooks him some mutton, which he pretends to enjoy right before he spits into her precious napkins. Classic.

Stacey Travis, who plays Holly, went on to have small parts in many hit shows after her Seinfeld appearance, including “JAG”, “Mad About You”, and “Two and a Half Men”. Most recently, she was seen playing the small recurring role of Nikki in the TV series “S.W.A.T.”. Thankfully, no further napkins were damaged there.

One of the unsolved mysteries presented on the show is the question of Christie’s clothes — in “The Seven”, Jerry dates Christie, a woman who seems to only wear one outfit. When Jerry goes investigating, he makes a move for her closet but gets caught before he manages to see if there are any other clothes in there. Obviously, Christie isn’t happy about him snooping around her closet and dumps him.

Honestly, we would too. We’re still curious, though. After leaving Christie behind, actress Lisa Deanne had few, small, barely-credited roles in several TV shows and one TV movie. Her latest appearance was in 2008 and it appears that she has since moved past acting.

In “The Fatigues”, Jerry dates a woman named Abby, who reveals she has a mentor named Cynthia. This information doesn’t bother him at first, but then he realizes that Cynthia is dating his arch-nemesis — Bania. In a strange turn of events, Abby watches Bania’s act, gets disappointed with her mentor’s taste in men, fires her, and have her break up with Bania. Bania then turns to Jerry, who agrees to become his mentor. What a beautiful, cringy, full circle.

Abby is played by A.J. Langer, who’s enjoyed a prolific TV career, landing recurring roles in other shows. You might recognize her as Erica Warner from the “Grey’s Anatomy” spinoff series, “Private Practice”. That being said, her latest TV movie role in 2013, Langer went off the grid and may have retired.

Jerry is basically a child trapped in a grown man’s body, and good evidence of that would be him wanting things he cannot have — like playing with his girlfriend’s antique toys. The girlfriend, Celia refuses to let Jerry play and he ultimately puts something in her drink to make her sleep so he could play. Obviously, she wasn’t pleased and ended things. Can you blame her?

Celia is portrayed by Julia Pennington. It is one of her very first acting roles in a pretty short list of credits. The only recurring role on that list is ANI (short for Android Nursing Interface) in the TV show “Mercy Point”. She hasn’t been seen on screen in over a decade. We wonder if she’s been put to sleep by someone else… Should we be worried?

Another girlfriend way out of Seinfeld’s league in all respects is Sara, a beautiful dermatologist who takes her job very seriously. Jerry, however, downplays her career, calling her “pimple popper MD”, stating that all she does is tell people to use aloe vera. Remind us again, how many years of education did you go through to do tell jokes on stage, Mr. Seinfeld?

Marcia Cross, who plays Sara, has since become one of the most famous redheads on TV, mainly thanks to her later portrayal of Bree Van De Kamp in 180 episodes of the hit show “Desperate Housewives”. She is currently working on a sci-fi film called “Behind the Curtain of Night”.

Jerry notices his new girlfriend, Gwen only looks good under certain lighting. How unusually perceptive of him! He then decides to only go out with her to Monk’s, which is where she looks her best. The decision obviously backfires, making Gwen think Jerry is cheating. She ultimately breaks up with him, as do many of the other women on this list.

Playing Gwen is Karen Fineman, who has done very little acting after her “Seinfeld” stint. Her latest acting gig was the small role of Mary Magdalene in “Chicago Hope”. It happened in 1998 and she hasn’t been seen on screen since.

Lisi, featured in episode 18 of the latest season, is one of Jerry’s last girlfriends on the show. A friend of Elaine’s, Lisi turns out to be a “sentence finisher”, which unsurprisingly rubs Jerry the wrong way, making him break up with her.

Lisi’s character is played by Julia Campbell, who has since added a huge amount of lines to her acting resume. She’s had recurring roles in shows like “Martial Law”, “Dexter”, “Rose Red”, and more. Most recently, she was seen exercising her acting chops as Cora in the thriller series “Tell Me a Story”.
